Our leather products are warrantied against manufacturers defects. If the return is a result of manufacturer’s defect, product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to purchaser. Return shipping to the customer will be paid by Insta-Gator Ranch.
All purchased products in stock will be shipped within 48 hours through the U.S. Postal Service. Credit cards will not be charged until time of shipping. Insta-Gator Ranch maintains a large stock of our leather products. If any item is found to be out of stock, we will attempt to contact purchaser within 48 hours to discuss alternatives or estimated production and delivery time. If any of our products are gifts, please let us know so that we can send your receipt by separate mail. All requests for special handling or shipping will result in an added expense to customer.
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization.
- Please provide a copy of the receipt and a note stating how you would like us to handle your return.
- Products shall be returned at customer’s expense.
- C.O.D shipments will not be accepted. All shipments to Insta-Gator Ranch are the responsibility of the Customer. Lost or damaged products are the responsibility of shipper. For this reason, we insure all our shipments valued at over $100.00 and encourage our customers to insure their return products as well.
Our packaging is designed to protect our products. We strongly recommend that you do not attempt to make returns without our packaging. If our packaging is unavailable, we ship our leather products in a crush proof box with adequate padding to prevent the product from moving or shifting in its box. You should obtain further instructions from us.
We will accept returns within seven (7) days from date on receipt or if shipped from date shipment received for any reason.
If your purchase is for a special occasion or holiday gift, please let us know, we may be able to accommodate a slightly longer return period in case your gift recipient desires a different style, color or size.
- All returns must be new, unused, unaltered products without any signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Shipped in original packaging, with all original packaging material. Without original packaging you must contact us to receive proper shipping, packaging, handling and insuring instructions.
- We cannot accept exchanges or returns for custom or special-order items or items sold and noted as not returnable.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.
We Love Special Orders or Rush Delivery – We try to produce special order items when possible and do send items overnight with an additional shipping and handling charge.
Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number It is your responsibility as the customer to track your order and inform Insta-Gator Ranch if there is a problem with the delivery of your item. If we do not hear from you, Insta-Gator Ranch will conclude that the order arrived as scheduled.
